Sarah has worked in the travel industry in Zambia for 18 years, starting in Lodge Management where she learnt the operational aspects of running high-end lodges in Africa. She moved on to manage one of the largest and busiest Activity Booking Centres in Livingstone and also helped to run the Sales & Marketing teams in both the international and domestic markets. In 2019, Sarah started her own venture, Zamology Travel - utilising her inside knowledge, contacts and experience to deliver exceptional travel experiences into Livingstone and beyond.
A specialist in FIT and family travel, Sarah is a mum to two young girls and is well acquainted with the joys and challenges of travelling with a young family! Sarah also has extensive operations experience in the MICE industry, providing the key role of operations liaison between client and hotel, ground-handlers, activity suppliers and event teams. Sarah has worked side by side with the top MICE operators in Southern Africa for over 10 years.
